     Peter provides consultation to buyers and follows a strict fact finding approach to lending.  By implementing a strong lending plan, he is able to help develop a strategy to allow the buyer to understand and control their mortgage and home ownership future.  After all, a mortgage is usually the biggest debt payment anyone makes and their home is the largest investment.  Proper planning to achieve retirement or maintain a comfortable standard of living is crucial to the mortgage planning process.
